To those who know her more intimately, however, she is a warrior fighting to save mankind from an invasive alien species, the Yeerks. In this role, Rachel is incredibly tough. She has a capacity for violence that exceeds those of her companions, though she has an ambiguous relationship with her own ruthlessness.
